"I had an appointment with Sonia and the experience was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional.

I was spoken to in a degrading manner, made to feel judged, and the overall attitude during the appointment (including huffing/frustration) made it clear I was not welcome. No client should ever be treated that way — especially when it comes to hair texture/type.

If a stylist isn’t comfortable working with ethnic hair, that’s something the salon should be honest about, not take out on the client.

I will never be returning after this experience and I do not recommend booking with Sonia."
