"I got the opportunity to work with Michael over the summer on administrative work for Scouting's National Jamboree where we address the needs of the event leaders and consistently problem solve and midigate and Michael is phenomenal at communicating his process to his team members as he resolves issues. He is also very consistent with how he talked to the individuals that need help and conveys all the informant they need in a respectful and timely manner."

"Working under Michael was an incredible experience as I've learned what it really means to be a leader and how to be adaptable to anything that the day throws at you. He has this amazing power to organize people and help guiding them when they are in need of help. He is also not afraid to tell them things that they don't want to hear for the sake of improving the workspace. In other words, his people skills is something that I really admire about him. Working at a summer camp, there are a lot of things that can endanger the campers and the staff. Michael always does an amazing job ensuring that everyone is safe and checks in on us mentally as it can accumulate into a heavy mental load. Not only that, whenever I had a question or concern, it was very easy to approach him and he never made me feel stupid for asking, but rather encouraged me to ask. He also has this engaging personality and a great sense of humor that always made the campers feel like home despite being far away from it. In the staff daily meetings, they never felt boring as he informed us what was going to happen that day in ways that even at 6am in the morning, I was engaged. Ultimately, Michael is an amazing person, and an asset to any team that is lucky to have him."
