"I was fortunate enough to work with Luc Waegeman during my work placement at Kinkystar, where I held the position of programme manager for rock bands.

This experience was particularly significant in my career. Working alongside Luc, I was able to benefit from the advice, experience and vision of a true professional in the music industry. His talent, his in-depth knowledge of the sector and his extensive network, both on the Belgian and international scenes, enabled me to gain a practical understanding of the challenges involved in booking, artist management, building a professional network and creating opportunities.

"When I first met Luc at Kinky Star in 2007, instinct told me he was the real deal. We had an instant connection . If you do business with him you're in safe hands. Luc's professionalism is apparent. His laid-back vibe reflects a man with an engaging depth of knowledge and experiece in the entertainment world. A man of many talents. Bass player, record label mogul, artist management, booker, record prducer....drummer....DJ.
Years can go by and when our paths again cross it's always like meeting an old friend.
In a business full of sharks, con-men and broken dreams he's one of the good guys.

"I think it is justified to say that Luc and I go way back. To the end of the 70ies that is. We went to the same school and Luc was our aspiring drummer in the first (and only) band that I ever had.
Luc breaths music and through him I got to know a lot of, then, new music. After college he pursued his path into the music scene. As a plugger for record companies and as a drummer in Belgian bands that certainly had their share of succes. Stil later, as it was easier to carry, he switched from being a drummer to being a bass player.
So no, I don't know Luc professionally. I do know that has gone on to be passionate about music. As a muscian in a wide array of projects. But also as an avid advocate of keeping "forgotten" music alive and as a fierce defender of the rights of muscians and artists alike.
For all of these reasons, Luc is the ideal go-to person. Believe me."
