"Dr Elizabeth (Liz) Kemigisha (MD, PhD, Post-Doc), is an experienced public health specialist medical doctor, with speciality in Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) and Gender-Based Violence (GBV)/ Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG). She has conducted, participated, coordinated, supervised and managed large UN/USAID funded projects on SRHR/GBV/VAWG in multiple countries, including South Africa, Uganda, and Zimbabwe. She is well published with many papers in international, high-impact, peer-reviewed journals. Se has taught public health and epidemiology courses at many international universities. She has also supervised many postgraduate students in Schools of Public Health in Uganda and beyond. A very hardworking, focussed, attention-to-detail, and resilient cadre with an excellent reputation and can work under pressure, ensuring meeting of tight deadlines."
