"I am writing in enthusiastic support of Achayo Lilly for the job. I have known Lilly since she was a student in my course in MPH class of 2017 in Makerere University school of Public health. Lilly distinguished herself in my course by receiving the highest grade in the class. But this accomplishment only scratches the surface of her ability and character. Lilly is the type of person who loves learning and very hard working. She’s one of those rare people who works very hard and diligently, but does so with a smile on her face. She constantly strives for excellence, but does not let her thirst for knowledge rule her life. She is a scientific humanist, with a genuine caring for others. It should come as no surprise that Lilly is well-liked and admired by her peers.
