"As a guardian ad litem myself, I warn everyone to stay as far away from Leslie Morgan as possible! I am a paramedic, er nurse, I volunteer at the fire department and I’m a guardian ad litem myself. When I was dealing with her it was only a few months after my husband passing. She will believe the person she speaks to first no matter the proof she is given. She also lies and bills hours that she has not done will bill you for missed calls, text and phone calls made by the other parent.
I requested an itemized bill and she refused, she was charging me more than my attorney. She was forced to give the itemized bill by my attorney and then she was completely against me. She made threats to have my children removed, she would make threats when I missed calls because I was working and living out of state.
I’ve spoken with other parents that have had this exact experience with her. She is absolutely terrible! I filed a formal complaint against her with the state. Also guardian ad litem is a volunteer position not a paid position yet she charges thousand of dollars.
She absolutely does not have the children’s best interest in mind. "

"My experience with this guardian ad litem was deeply concerning and reflected clear bias. Despite evidence that the father of my child intentionally alienated me and kept me out of my son’s life, she repeatedly stated that my being a good mother—or even being a mother at all—“did not matter.” She indicated that because the father had physical custody for an extended period, she would not recommend a ruling in my favor regardless of the evidence presented. She also questioned my mental fitness solely because I sought and completed therapy, while minimizing the father’s similar diagnosis, lack of completed treatment, and reliance on medication.

I left the process feeling unheard, mischaracterized, and unsupported in what is meant to be a role focused on the best interests of the child. Based on my experience, I believe this guardian failed to approach the case with neutrality, balance, or appropriate consideration of parental alienation and mental health realities. Due to her incivility and disregard for equitable evaluation, I would not endorse her as a professional in any capacity."
