I am an Agricultural Scientist by profession and I have worked with big companies in Uganda in terms of Agriculture, Value addition and Agribusiness. I am a farmer and an Entrepreneur whose career path is to prove that agriculture is the route out of poverty. With any opportunity, I look forward to collaborating, making, managing and running agricultural projects and positions in agronomy/ animal husbandry and in value addition and food processing; while sharing knowledge and experience to farmers.

  • 1. Working with Green house in-charges, making sure that the flowers/ crops are taken care of.
  • 2. Working with scouters making sure that the plants within the green houses are healthy and in case of any disease or pest, the right measures are taken.
  • 3. Working at the fertigation control center redirecting enough fertilizer solution where need be as requested by the in-charge.
  • 4. Working with the quality team to access the quality of the cuttings, evaluate the quality of work from other departments and carry out regular inspections on hygiene and health.
  • 5. Work with personnel at the cold room ensuring that cuttings are stored at the right temperatures and that they are packed well, without mistakes.
  • 6. Working with the lab attendant to make sure that the water, soil, environment, and cuttings are of good molecular quality.

  • 1. Ensure the application of the best agronomic practices at the seed farm, seed grower, including the documenting of observations, preventative and control measures.
