"Lauren’s work with Jubilee’s Pot Pies was satisfactory, but I ultimately found that she needed more creative direction and oversight than the role required. She followed instructions well and was receptive to feedback, which I genuinely appreciated. However, she relied heavily on ideas and direction I provided rather than consistently developing original content and creative strategies of her own. At times, I found myself spending more time developing and guiding the content than I felt was appropriate for a social media representative.

One quality I particularly appreciated about Lauren was her ability to receive constructive criticism professionally and use it without becoming discouraged. She was pleasant to work with and willing to make adjustments when given specific direction.

Ultimately, I believe Lauren would be better suited to a role where expectations, content direction, and creative parameters are clearly established, rather than a position requiring a high degree of independent creativity and initiative."
