Working with Lakesha was extremely challenging due to her unprofessional behavior. She often came across as rude and intimidating, and she appeared to... create her own rules rather than follow established policies. Her management style involved excessive micromanaging, including closely monitoring phone calls, and she frequently made unfair or inconsistent decisions.

I also experienced what I perceived as favoritism, and she did not handle workplace situations appropriately. For example, after I raised a serious concern about another employee attempting to pressure me into taking drugs while on the clock, no action appeared to be taken. I provided specific dates and times so the situation could be reviewed on camera, but my concerns were not addressed.

Following my complaint, I was removed from my original office and reassigned to another location, which felt unfair given the circumstances.

Additionally, upon leaving the position, I was initially told that I would not receive my final paycheck due to not providing a two-week notice. After I contacted the company’s owners regarding this issue, I was later informed that I would be paid.

After I escalated my concerns, Lakesha was ultimately terminated from her position. Overall, the work environment she created felt uncomfortable, unsupported, and difficult to navigate. After just one day of working under these conditions, I made the decision to leave. more
