I would love an opportunity to work with Lacy again. She is a heartfelt leader with strong experience in Customer Experience and overall Business Strategy Development. I worked with her on a global Salesforce Implementation as her lead Program Manager. Through the project she provided strong leadership. She made herself available for support when needed, made sound, swift decisions when risks and issues arose and did so with both the customer and the employee in mind. She is great at communicating overall strategy and objectives, and explaining the why, inspiring those around her to action and success.
