Percy is a field engineer, Project engineer and Project Strategist in the fields of Engineering (Water, WASH, Structures, Livestock Watering Infrastructures, Valley Tanks, Water Supply Systems and electromechanical systems, food production and processing engineering), Irrigation, Environment, Agro Technology, Post-harvest technology, Climate Change, Natural Resources Management with special skills in project design, planning, management and implementation, Innovation, Research, CAD, Data Analysis, Needs Assessment, Performance Assessment, Training Needs Assessment, SWOT analysis, Monitoring and Evaluation, Re‐engineering and Functional Review. Percy is a an Engineering Operations Strategist handling management of projects, data and research with over ten years working with the private sector organizations such as Non-Government organizations, United Nations organizations and Multinational Corporations as well as years of works interlinking directly and indirectly with Central and Local Government as stakeholders on projects such UNDP, UNDSS and different international corporations such as Nile Breweries Limited with Directorate of Water Resources Management, Ministry of Water and Environment, Green Resources Company, PAC Spa, Nexus Green Limited and various Non-Governmental Organizations in development such as Norwegian Refugee Council, Amy for Africa, Real Medicine Foundation, Polish Centre for International Aid with UNHCR to mention but a few. Percy is passionate about community development projects that improve livelihoods, social economic development with sustainability while conserving the environment
