Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Mystery Research Shopper. The Mystery Research Shopper will conduct anonymous evaluations of various businesses to assess customer service, product quality, and... overall experience. They will also provide detailed reports and feedback to help improve customer satisfaction and operational performance.

Observanow is currently Developing a high-profile Project. The Remote Assistant will handle various activities including an ongoing project with Observanow . to help organize, schedule, and run mystery shopping surveys locally. The ideal candidate must quickly deliver accurate results and have a strong sense of understanding and accountability remotely.

The ideal candidate is experienced... and motivated, poised and highly professional, capable of managing multiple pressing priorities with ease.

Responsibilities:

* Calendaring and communicating work, home, and personal events
* Acting as a liaison between our private investors & brokers for financial-related activity.
* Handling basic bookkeeping tasks, and payment bills, which include ordering supplies, and cash movements.
* Have an understanding of financial matters including credit cards, and loans.
* Create and file work expense reports
* Day-to-day errands / other duties as assigned

Skills Required:

* Minimum of 1 year of professional service or caregiver experience
* Must know how to navigate, and how to get things done in the City!
* Flexible and able to stay connected with & on the chat and email
* Get things done quickly, and naturally operate with a sense of urgency
* Understand that no task is too big or too small!
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
