"Kolten Stewart has a high motor and drive and does a lot of good work on smaller scale. However, in my experience with him A’s responsibility increases, reliability decreases. Again, in my experience with him, Kolten has a tendency to exploit power dynamics and ignore traditional channels of communication. Opting for the “ask for forgiveness, not permission” sentiment. With good leadership and managed expectations though Kolten can provide value to an operation."
