She persistently focuses on substantive goals and creates a well-articulated path to reach them while activating and involving appropriate stakeholders in the process.

Ms. Christman is determined to help struggling students achieve success; she has created a friendly classroom environment that stimulated student participation and performance. Her efforts in this area have enabled her students to meet with both academic and behavioral success. She recognizes the individual ability of each of her students and works well to challenge them at their own level which enables her to reach even the most reluctant of learners. She has encouraged her students to be self-motivated and responsible; a risk they were willing to assume because they knew that they would be supported the whole time.

Ms. Christman has a great rapport with colleagues, parents, and students alike. The ability to communicate, organize, and integrate ideas is definitely her forte. She exhibits a comfort level in being able to talk to people of varied ages and as a result has earned their trust, a skill that is invaluable to the field of education.
