"I worked with Khadeejah for over a year at HMP Woodhill and was able to work alongside her as she learnt the job. Khadeejah is a hard worker, able to challenge whoever she needs to and is a great person to have when morale is low.

The prison environment can be difficult to translate into any other employment role, but I can say that Khadeejah is a consistent, hard working and great person to have around."
