  • Ensure projects are delivered with company quality standards and on time as well as meeting
  • client SLA
  • Ensure the team meets set targets on revenue and margin
  • Assist with the project scope and pricing in collaboration with NSD
  • Identify the training needs of the associates
  • Weekly reporting on productivity in quality in collaboration with supervisors.
  • Doing QA and training the QA team on all projects assigned
  • Revenue report – provide details of all the projects worked on and therefore the revenue generated
  • Send invoices reports to finance on or before the 2nd of every month
  • Onboarding of new associates on new projects.
  • Ensure that the budget/target is well met not only in terms of revenue but also in terms of cost.
