"Mr. Kevin Goewam is a skillful, committed, and hardworking person who exhibit high level of professionalism"

"He's a dedicated fellow that I've known for the past 5 years. He's dedicated to his duty and also fears God."

"I am pleased to recommend Mr. Kevin Goewam, who was my supervisor during my time as a Program Officer at Halima Factor Community Initiative.

During his time with the organization, Kevin played an instrumental role in supporting the establishment, coordination, and management of several developmental projects in Gombe State. One notable intervention was the **Out-of-School Children project**, where I had the opportunity to play a key role in managing a pilot component under his supervision.

Kevin demonstrated excellent leadership, strong organizational abilities, and a clear commitment to achieving meaningful results. He was supportive of me and other members of staff, providing guidance and encouragement that enabled us to effectively discharge our responsibilities and achieve project objectives.

Based on my experience working with him, I have no hesitation in recommending Kevin as a dedicated goal achiever and effective leader. I am confident that he will bring the same level of commitment, leadership, and results-oriented approach to any organization he joins and will make a valuable contribution towards achieving its organizational goals.

I wish him every success in his future endeavors.

Sincerely,

Muhammad Mansur Basheer
Former Program Officer
Halima Factor Community Initiative
Gombe State, Nigeria"
