"I can say Ken Parekh,
Since my coaching I have achieved many things as well as getting clear guidance towards my professional Leadership. An example is that I got promoted to a High Leadership position through positioning myself to my work organization and guidance got from Ken. He is the one who can show you your weakness, strategies to address them and the way to strength your networking, team work, strategic areas to explore, motivation, and how to overcome challenges related to work. He is the one showing that you can self explore, self assessment, your role among other staff and how you can get feedbacks from colleagues and use them in strengthening your career. I have been working with Ken on how Leadership entrusted to me can be a source of organization development which is ongoing process. I can't forget how time management is one of the key item to be considered. Respect of others, accepting weakness, and thieve for change. Through the coaching process we evaluated the achievement. Failing is not bad according to Ken but you push for bright future. Understanding your weakness is the right way of success. "
