Key Responsibilities
1. Sample Collection and Preparation
○ Collect, label, and prepare specimens (e.g., blood, urine, tissue) for analysis.
○ Ensure samples are handled, stored, and disposed off according to protocols. 2. Testing and Analysis
○ Perform laboratory tests using standard techniques and equipment, including microscopes, analyzers, and... chemical assays.
○ Accurately record data and maintain detailed logs of testing activities. Equipment Maintenance and Calibration
○ Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment regularly to ensure reliable performance.
○ Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with lab equipment.
○ Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of all lab instruments.

○ Maintain accurate and organized records of all lab activities, results, and observations.
5. Inventory Management
○ Manage and organize lab supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels. ○ Assist with ordering and receiving lab materials and chemicals.

Assist and collaborate with other care providers and staff in tasks such as sterilization of equipment, preparation of gauzes, and any other task that may be assigned
7. Safety and Cleanliness
○ Respond appropriately to any emergencies in the lab.
