  • The main duties and responsibilities of mine are divided into three fields:
  • To help to adjust the operation processes: sales team, warehouse, marketing, call-center:
  • with my participation we’ve managed to separate and divide functional responsibilities of
  • the departments and people, build-up all the working processes and even optimize the staff.
  • To customize internal CRM system (Odoo): distinguish the adjustments needed for the
  • business, write a technical task to the team of developers to implement the changes. Some of
  • the main adjustments: separation of sales manager and warehouse roles, integration with
  • other sales platforms, integration with Nova Poshta, accounting automatization.
  • Cooperation with a range of overseas suppliers to find interesting on-demand products to
  • import and sell.

  • Market and customers’ needs research.
  • Internal and external communications with the suppliers (Hong Kong, China, South Korea,
  • Poland), with different subcontactors in Ukraine and with some internal company’s
  • departments, all of those require to work with a significant amount of data, keep lot of
  • information in mind, clear information reporting skill.
  • Organize, coordinate, control the full process of goods hit the shelf: products production
  • (design of the product, package design and accompanying materials), logistic, promotion
  • and sales support, have given me general and/or detailed knowledge under each stage of
  • such campaign. Those require cooperation with designers, logistic department, project
  • management department as well as some outsource/freelance services.
  • Financial awareness: payments schedule planning, suppliers’ balances confirmation.
