" I had the immense privilege of working closely with Kassa Tarekegn, a PhD candidate, as my Senior Researcher at Bonga Agricultural Research Center for at least three years. Subsequently, he transferred to Arba Minch Agricultural Research Center while we both worked at the same Institute (South Agricultural Research Institute), formerly Region level in the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples’ Region (SNNPR), nowadays divided into four states. During our collaboration, we conducted problem-solving action researches under five projects in generally and value chain and marketing project particularly (banana value chain, improved Bonga sheep value chain, and impact assessment and adoption, etc), all completed within the specified timeframe. Kassa’s exceptional ability to conduct rigorous research and efficiently manage projects significantly contributed to the success of the research center. Together, we have enriched the scientific community by publishing our research findings in highly reputable journals indexed by Scopus and Web of Science.
