Kaiden is a terrific student, an extremely hard worker, and someone who consistently takes initiative. He doesn’t wait to be told what to do, he looks for where he can be helpful and steps in. On set, that kind of awareness and work ethic is rare, especially at the college level.

He makes himself available, shows up prepared, and treats every task, big or small, with professionalism. Whether assisting crew, handling production needs, or jumping into fast-moving situations, he approaches the work with focus and a positive attitude.

Most importantly, Kaiden is coachable. He listens, adjusts, and improves quickly. That combination of humility and drive is what separates people who simply “want to be in film” from those who will actually build careers in it.
