 I have spearheaded the establishment of two (2) functional youths resource centers with skilling programmes in Wakiso and Kyankwanzi districts.
 I have supported the implementation and roll out of community-based child protection mechanism (CBCPM) and child friendly accountability methodologies within Kyankwanzi district.
 Lead in the identification of programme beneficiaries and ensuring that those in most need of the protection, education and GIK support received it
 I supervise of six (6) community development facilitators and 4 community development assistants and ensured that they perform to the expected/agreed standards of the organization.
 Assist in ensuring that there is an updated data base of CECE education, child protection and for other beneficiaries.
 Provide high quality M&E for project activities, adhered to approved work plans, submitted high quality programmatic reports according to internal guidelines
 Conduct community outreach programs, including presentations to community groups and schools to promote education and child protection programs
 Prepare and review statistical and analytical reports of program activities, services and events; gathered and compiled data for reports;
 Liaise with the relevant government departments, partner organisations to identify strategies, inputs and resources for promoting education and child protection in the community
 Provide technical guidance and direction for effective planning, implementation and monitoring of agreed child protection plans including the psychosocial recovery (care) and assistance (legal and social) to vulnerable children and their families.
 Ensure quality timely delivery of child protection and education materials and proper utilization of materials in schools and communities
