Work experience

Enforce both local and international environmental regulations, policies, and guidelines during execution of construction activities including CEMP implementation.
Environmental monitoring programs through sampling, measuring, recording according to McDermott protocols.
Develop and implement environmentally sound and sustainable practices within the workplace, including, designing, prototyping, and testing to control pollution.

Work experience

Realigned the organization HSE Policy to enhance occupational health and safety readiness. This involved revising policies while identifying gaps, procedures, and recommend training programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and protect employees.
Carried out ergonomic assessment for new office furniture, computers and presenting finding to management while recommending some actions to be taken on identified gaps.
Reviewed, realigned, and aided implementation of URA facilities ERPs, SOPs while encouraging management to embrace the Digital safety management systems i.e., Digital Forms
Aligned their risk register as per activities done at different facilities.
Installing new emergency alarm devices and signages and conducted drills and mini trainings to some employees.
Report writing to facility manager and supervisor.
Advising on safety and Environment incidents like spills at the park yard and safety Hazards.
Carry out daily HSE inspections and collection of data from the central facilities.
