Carry out duties of teller/ operations Assistant against laid down processes and procedures, and within set limits and TAT.
Process only dully authorized transactions as per set guidelines, and exceptional approvals as per advised discretionary limits.
Receiving, vetting and forwarding application forms for various bank services and products.
Perform KYC & AML assessments and ensuring that the customer is not in the black list.
Ensure all payments received from customers are accurately indexed on Omni flow and posted in T24.
Ensure supporting documents on RTGS’s & TTs are availed as required by AML/CBK guidelines.
Ensure Large cash transaction form is duly filled, signed & supporting documents are attached at all times.
Negotiate FX rates for customers on request.
Processing of new bank accounts as per procedures and guidelines maintaining TAT.
Enrolment of new customers on XIT/multi perso, printing and issuance of Instant Debit cards as per procedure.
Prepare and file an approved destruction certificate of all spoilt cards.
Ensure all debit cards for retry and remake process are sent to the supervisor for approval.
Safe custody keeping of all customer tools at all times and maintain inventory.

Verification and positive identification on instructions received before processing. Ensure the necessary stamps are appended on the instructions.
Carry out AML checks and escalate noted exceptions to the relevant authorities.
Receive and posting cheques, offer cash services and handle general enquiries when counters are not busy.
Maintained high level customer service standards at all times.
Receive customer enquiries and complaints and log them into CRM at all times as per agreed TAT.
Maintain TAT in all areas of performance and a high customer service standards at all times, in the banking halls, written communication and on telephone.
Offer timely and quality service as stipulated by Bank procedure, and report/ escalated appropriately on provided platforms
