Diani Beach area and are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Rep for Wine and Spirits in Diani Beach and the north coast of Mombasa- to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in wines and spirits in managing inventories and order at the right time, employee recruitment and retail management. Store Manager responsibilities may include supervising assistant store managers. An education as a sommelier can help you to grow faster in this position where customers and employees must be trained on our products.

• very good English and a convincing appearance
• minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales (also from other consulting-intensive industries) but preferably of wine and spirits (e.g., SOMMELIER or seller of other products or F&B Managers within the HORECA industry.)
