I usually say that I'm HUMAN, before being a lawyer and specialist in Public Law for over 7 years.
My career starts with internships in public agencies such as the Federal Revenue Service of Brazil in tax law, later, business law, civil law, labor law at the Court of Justice of the State of Minas Gerais in Brazil and experiences in legal practice as well.

So I decided after a while advocating, to make one of the biggest decisions of my life! I venture to live in Portugal to study something that has always instigated me: political science.
However, my greatest intention has always been to humanize the legal environment, encourage people to be agents of social transformation, inspire, exchange experiences, learn and teach.

In the midst of the decision to change countries, studies on self-knowledge and human development became even more latent. I strongly believe that having diplomas, specializations, volunteering and endless experiences are definitely not more important than VALUES in professional life and SOFT SKILLS as empathy, active listening, resilience, the ability to reframe our mistakes and learn from them, to have humility and "overriding" the ego that most experienced professionals have.

That is, technical capacity is, of course, very important! But personal development is an extremely important tool so that we can understand ourselves better and, consequently, build a healthy and diverse work environment.

In addition to personal development, the construction of self-knowledge began to emerge, 8 years ago, with the daily practices of yoga and meditation in my routine, as well as the various courses I took to self-develop with certainty, are part of integral so that I can manage emotions and emotional intelligence.

I consider myself then a human being in constant evolution and in continuous learning, always open to listen to the other, the different and the instigating.
