"Jovan Watkins is a very devoted goal oriented hard working young man who has persevered through great adversity free of excuses and full of drive. Since 2017, I have watched him set his mind to a goal and routinely work and strive to accomplish it. I have seen thT when he doesn't know something, he takes the time and shows the initiative to educate himself on that subject matter to further and ensure his knowledge. He is a model example a humble, diligent, reliable and very motivated worker. I wish I could show him off to many of my students to "set the bar" and then "raise that bar" of standards so many other young black men can learn from the wonderful example that he sets. His drive and self-motivation will take him very far in life. I see it, already! This app won't work to allow me to give him a score of 8 from this scale of 1 to 10. I hope these words translate that for anyone who cares to know that I have given him a rating of 8 out of 10. I gave him a rating of 8 out of 10because even though he isn't perfect, he is always striving for perfection and is well on his way so seeing that goal. I wish him the best in ALL he does! "
