My experience in project and program management has seen me hone my leadership expertise in spearheading the following; supervising the project team, project partners and implementing partners, planning and coordination of program activities, handling budget tracking and management, development of the final technical project reports, management of project resources, facilitating, planning and conducting needs assessments for partners and communities. Additionally, I am proficient and experienced in developing project plans, mobilizing communities, gender mainstreaming, Trainer of trainers in Social Analysis and Action planning, making cost estimates and ensuring that the process goes effectively and that the project is delivered on time and within budget.
