    Character-Vision-Innovation: Jose is a long time friend and Army Comrade with impeccable character. We served together during an Iraq combat tour. Our... job was to employ a Team of Soldiers and contractors to train an Iraqi Army and police battalion to fight against terror. The training strategy and team architecture Jose developed turned out to be of strategic impact since it was used as the Department of the Army's model for future training teams that would go into Iraq and Afghanistan to train Iraqi and Afghan forces to fight. Hands down I would hire Jose as a top executive in any company. He will be an agent of change and modernization. more
