  • Account Development – Ensuring all accounts meet the expected Minimum Activation Standards and have the required Optimal Product Assortment based on account segmentation.
  • Distributor Management – Ensuring the distributor sales team is well trained on the Distributor Management System usage, their targets, and how to achieve them on trade as well as ensuring the distributor is well stocked on all inventory categories. i.e. Beer, Spirits, and RTD.
