"Joannie is truly one of those rare people who can do just about anything—and do it well. She is quick, artistic, reliable, and incredibly nurturing.

During my recovery from foot surgery, I was not in a position to do much for myself, and Joannie stepped in and completely transformed my space and my experience. She thoughtfully rearranged my living area so I could safely move around on my knee scooter, mounted my 48-inch television, repaired my kitchen island drawer so it opens smoothly, replaced my faucet, and fixed my silverware drawer so it stays properly on track. She even replanted my Easter lily plants so they could continue to thrive.

Beyond the home projects, Joannie also helped with everyday household needs—cleaning, doing laundry, and cooking. And I have to say, she is a fabulous cook.

What stood out most wasn’t just her skill set—it was her heart. Joannie cared for me in a way that genuinely felt like family. Her kindness, resourcefulness, and attention to detail made a difficult recovery period so much easier.
