  • I develop training content and ensure that other relevant materials are availed for achievement of organization goals. I write grants and reports to donors. My involvement in developing a marketing plan has seen farmers pocket an average of Ksh 3,200,000 annually through the sales of hay. Being passionate about organic farming and engaging many farmer groups to adopt the practice has enabled them increase their yields while they heal the soil which has for a long time been pumped with too much chemical to an extent that it was close to dead hence not producing.
