Hello, I’m Jo Anne Hall, an accomplished professional with a dynamic career spanning over a decade in both military and federal government service. My journey began with 10 years of dedicated service in the U.S. Army, where I managed an $18 million federal budget for thousands of soldiers, ensuring operational efficiency and financial accountability. Post active duty, I transitioned into a successful federal government career in payroll and auditing. My expertise expanded into mortgages, finance, banking, and commercial lending, where I provided comprehensive financial solutions and strategic lending advice. My versatile skills also led me to excel in employment agency services and nonprofit organizations, where I served as a Board Administrator of recent Operations Manager. Currently, I can be linked to the National Agency for Credit Education & Financial Literacy helping Richmond & Surrounding Counties in Virginia add a critical element onto their Housing programs and empowering the residents of underserved communities. In addition, I’ve contributed to facilitate programs on a Medicaid Project Contractor, ensuring compliance and efficient service delivery, and worked in the supply chain for America’s most popular refrigeration brand, optimizing logistics and inventory management. My educational background is as diverse as my career, with studies in Business, IT, Disaster Readiness, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Media Relations.
