Jinnings Burruss

"I have personally witnessed Jinnings manage a large chaotic kitchen, with minimal staff, that provided 3 nutritional and appealing meals daily to up 800 youth and adults. He always conducted himself in the most professional manner possible. I’ve seen him successfully mitigate potentially disruptive customers time and again by achieving an outcome that satisfied everyone involved. His ability to plan, organize, and place orders that resulted in a vastly reduced budget while simultaneously improving the quality of service is unmatched in my opinion. Jinnings will prove to be a valuable asset to any venture or venue lucky enough to employ his talents."
