Jing Chen

"Jing represented us in selling our home in Belmont, and her communication is what made the whole transaction feel smooth. From the listing prep through closing, we always knew where things stood. She gave us regular updates without us having to chase her, explained each step before it happened, and was quick to respond to calls and texts, even on evenings and weekends.

When offers came in, she walked us through the terms clearly and laid out the trade-offs so we could decide with confidence. She also kept the buyer's agent, escrow, and lender coordinated, so issues were handled before they became problems and deadlines never slipped.

As someone who works in real estate myself, I have high standards for how a transaction should be run, and Jing met them. I'd recommend her to anyone selling on the Peninsula."
