To engage them, he creatively uses inflection in his voice, gestures, and facial expressions successfully, so that the kids stay focused . He rarely has any disciplinary problems.

But what makes Jim so special and effective is his personality. He exudes enthusiasm, humor, and enjoyment in whatever he is teaching, because he knows he is doing it for the glory of God. His joy spills over into everything he does for the Lord.
