"I am a first time cat owner and wanted to find someone who is skilled but also mindful and truly care about the animals they work with. I was searching high and low for weeks, finally my friend referred me to Jenny so I decided that I'd give her a try. On the day of the appointment, I didn't know what to expect, I was nervous and doubtful about everyone by then, also, I did not like the commute and my cat was freaking out while we drove to Jenny's which took a good 35-40minutes. By the time I got to Jenny's, I was a mess, my cat was a mess and so was my daughter after struggling to calm down the kitty.
Let me tell you, I am so happy that my friend referred me to Jenny. Her friendly presence, patience and kindness calmed all of us down and she took the time out to explain the grooming process; I was reassured and felt confident that Jenny's skills would be every bit as impressive as her professionalism and personality. When I picked up my kitty, I was thrilled! she had a beautiful haircut, she didn't seem like she was traumatized by the experience, and every part of her that needed clipping, cleaning, etc.. was executed beautifully.
