I have been a Board member at Amherst Survival Center where Jen is the President of the Board. I have now known her for more than 1 year and I can say without hesitation that Jen is best leader of the Board. She thinks strategically and is very nuanced. She is an excellent coach to new board members like myself, encouraging and educating at the same time. She has a calm and optimistic personality that is so needed in social justice work.

I worked with Jen at 80 Acres where she was the director of community partnerships. Jen has excellent planning and organization skills and shows empathy and compassion in her work. She is smart and dedicated to her team. I worked most closely with Jen in my role as director of finance as organizational budgets were created and events planned and executed by Jen. I would highly recommend Jen as an employee.
