Jason Lillard is a Writer Director based in Atlanta, Georgia. He currently works as a Videographer and Editor for the Atlanta Journal Constitution Film Department. He has recently worked as the Camera Operator for AJC's first Feature Length Documentary, 'The South Got Something to Say'. He recently graduated from Savannah College of Art & Design, with a Bachelors in Film & TV. Jason is also a Videographer and Editor for Champions Dreams LLC and The Horne Brothers LLC. The Horne Brothers LLC have won two Emmy awards. Jason has also worked as a Production Assistant under Paramount, for the Wolf Pack Tv Series and helped create promotional content for Rolling Out Magazine, as a Production Assistant and Editor. Jason is originally from Smyrna, GA and has spent some of his life in Libreville, Gabon where he became fluent in French. He has TV Show, Feature Film, Documentary, and Student Film production experience. Jason has primarily worked as a Gaffer and Cinematographer, and most recently Directed a Short Film, called LEGACY. Importantly, he has consecutively shown improvement in each position held that has allowed him to quickly "work his way up" into more advanced positions.
