Jane and her company have handled at least 16 of our many cats over the decades, and frankly we do not know what we'd do w/o her. I feel that these days so many folks in the pet service business are only there for the money and could give a hoot about providing caring, competent and professional service. Well Jane and VIP do care. It is also her little personal touches and taking the time to ask questions to make sure she provides what the pet owner would like. We wouldn't want anyone else to handle the after care of our dear pets."
