"I had the privilege of working alongside Jala on a life-changing project in Syria, which focused on supporting Iraqi refugees through a collaboration between UNHCR and the General Women's Union. Jala served as our project manager, and I can confidently say that her leadership was nothing short of exceptional.
Jala’s intelligence and management skills were the driving force behind the project’s success. She effortlessly coordinated between multiple organizations, managed resources with precision, and always found solutions to complex challenges. Her strategic thinking and deep understanding of the refugees' needs were evident in every decision she made.
What I admired most about Jala was her ability to bring people together. She created a collaborative, positive environment that motivated everyone to give their best. Her compassion, dedication, and unwavering commitment to making a difference were truly inspiring.
Jala is not only a brilliant manager but also a wonderful person. Working with her was a pleasure, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to have been part of such an impactful project under her leadership. I have no doubt that Jala will continue to make a difference in everything she does.
