"Dr. Jack Welch, Is an extremely talented College President, Administrator, Educator, Promoter and Coach. He has the necessary insight, knowledge and leadership skills to run a business such as our Community College and to run it well. He has good vision and long range planning and He communicates well with our College School Board, Administration, Faculty, Staff and Students through various organizational staff meetings and he lets them all know what our objectives & goals are and how he wants everyone working together as a team to achieve those goals. He keeps Bourbon county and our surrounding communities well informed of FSCC status by having FSCC State of the Union addresses and by the many civic organization appearance's he makes throughout the community,.he has many articles he has written titled "From the Bleachers" and he provides them to Ft Scott BIS and our public newspaper the Ft Scott Tribune. He is a very capable leader and are blessed to have him!"

"Jack Welch Camps are the camps we really enjoy. Our son Seth Garcia went tob3 Jack Welch Camps and said he preferred Jack Welches Camps over FBU and UA. The Camps are small but more hands on. We will be going to Mr Welches Camps this. As a Freshman he was moved up to Varsity for spring drills and is working hard to be a starter.
