"It is my pleasure to write in support of Ms. Oyoo. I have been an educator for decades with considerable experience with national
organizations and I have worked closely with Ms. Oyoo and she has excelled throughout her career
and has received with many notable accomplishments which I will not repeat here.
I will focus on my
experiences with Ms. Oyoo and her excellent knowledge, consummate professional skills,
and leadership.  
In addition to considerable intellect and exemplary performances on standardized
examinations, Ms. Oyoo is a warm, engaging individual who teaches others by example, is
inclusive, and consistently exhibits curiosity and motivation to learn.  She comes prepared for all
types of learning situations, having researched the relevant topics so that she can provide
quality expertise as well as participate actively in plant work and equatable supervision.  Ms. Oyoo is
articulate, well‐read, and able to utilize her knowledge effectively in the engineering and project management field.  
In
addition to prioritizing her own learning, Ms. Oyoo considers the needs of others.  On multiple
occasions, she has arrived at work sites with relevant guidance and positive energy tailored for the rest
of the team.   She has been described as one of the best Engineer to rotate on her project.  As a colleague, I am so impressed by Ms. Oyoo's knowledge and skills and her presentation skills are utstanding – comprehensive in scope yet presented efficiently and
effectively.  
In conclusion, I am happy to give Ms. Oyoo my highest recommendation and In my experience, she is in the top 10% of all professionals with whom I have
