Strategic Marketing Development: Develop marketing strategies and promote all types of new insurance contracts or suggest additions/changes to existing ones.
Customized Protection Planning: Evaluate the insurance needs and financial status of both business and individual customers, and propose protection plans that align with their criteria.
Risk Management Collaboration: Collaborate with clients to provide risk management strategies tailored to their risk profiles.
Progress Reporting: Report the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to stakeholders.
Efficient Record Keeping: Maintain bookkeeping systems, databases, and records.
Claims Satisfaction Monitoring: Monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
Growth and Acquisition Goals: Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Ongoing Industry Learning: Continuously update job knowledge and stay informed about new products and services.
Policy Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with all policy requirements.

Eligibility:

Proven working experience as an Insurance Agent or relevant experience.
Familiarity with all types of insurance plans (automobile, fire, life, property, medical, etc.).
