"In fact, I am a Master of Arts in Education holder obtained from Mahatma Gandhi University in 2017 and a Bachelor’s Degree in philosophy. I have 13 years of experience in Education. In these years of experience in Education I served 4 years as a secondary school teacher and 9 years as Curriculum Developer in Rwanda Basic Education Board. My theoretical knowledge and practical experience, skills in Education confirms my qualification and I am ready work tirelessly and confidently and successfully accomplish the assigned duties.


Being a holder of Philosophy degree, I am a Critical thinker in carrying out my duties with an analytical and disciplined approach. I am able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure when required. I am a problem solver and I always aim at responding to beneficiary needs. My qualities and values are self-awareness, ethical values, team work, leadership skills, building partnership, innovation, creativity, acting strategically, managing complex situation and ready to take many tasks at ago.

I have experience also in Teaching and training material development, planning, collaborating, coordination, monitoring and evaluating/assessing the outcomes of the program with strong leadership and relationship-building skills. My profound experience in Rwanda education system, policies and programs."
