I am a Human Resource Practitioner with over 9 years of substantial Human Resource and Administration experience with the UN Agencies, International Organizations, and International Companies. My experience includes but are not limited to Ministry of Labor and Public Service compliance, international hospitality, Full Cycle of recruitments management, training and development, performance monitoring/management and personnel management, Staff management, payroll management, leave tracking and management, international staff work permits and visa management. My experiences are built within the area of humanitarian, emergency, international development, transition, and stabilization of programs. My experience with different organizations has enabled me to gain excellent knowledge and skills in talent acquisition, contract and performance management, compensation and benefits, training, and development. I have acquired several trainings in sexual harassment, Human Resource and South Sudan Labor law training, Code of Conduct, Leadership training, Fraud awareness which are of advantage to Human Resource career. I am an asset to any organization, a professional team player, reliable, effective communicator and interacts freely with multicultural backgrounds. I have very good analytical and negotiation skills, persistent, a mentor, committed, multi-tasking, collaborative and results oriented. Furthermore, I am highly organized person, self-starter, and result oriented, dynamic, reliable with a drive to be trained and quickly learn any customized software. I have ideal skills of leadership and management, good at providing timely services, advising, and making recommendations as they be required, strong interpersonal skills and good decision making.
I am currently pursuing master’s arts in human resource management from Liverpool John Moores University, UK. I have a bachelor’s degree in human resource management from Makerere University Business School (MUBS).
