Requirements:
At least 1 year of work experience as BDM / Sales Manager in IT outsourcing ( will be an advantage) or product companies;
Proven track record of successful sales and customer base increase;
Experience of working with CRM systems;
At least upper-intermediate English (both verbal and written), as well as experience in business communication with English-speaking clients;
Ability to... flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty;
Knowledge of software development process.

Responcebilities:
Qualifying inbound leads according to ideal customer profile and defining deals opportunities;
Consulting clients on a variety of our services and workflow methodologies;
Gathering project vision and requirements for RFP and RFQ preparation (if required);
Supporting required sales department initiatives: controlling over CRM pipeline, managing velocity of invoicing and contractual processes;
Providing management with feedback and reports on request.
