I am a certified Lithuanian Internal Auditor Association (IIA Lithuania) member and candidate for IIA Global certification. In my professional activities for information and reporting I usually use Excel and Data Analytics management. Lean or Agile practices applied in Internal Audit is my career philosophy. My experience in developing internal audit methodology and practices and/or QAIP based on knowledge of Lithuanian banking/payments regulatory requirements and different level standards and good practices. Adhering to the professional standards defined by the IIA, leadership attitude, team spirit, and coaching skills, with the ability to manage and effectively coordinate team members (incl. co-sourcing staff) with different levels of experience lets me work in different industries such as social, health, public, financial services. My innate curiosity prompts me to permanently grow and brighten others around me.
