  • Performing quality Assurance duties, responsible for creating, monitoring, and ensuring mandatory standards are met by UPTH primary health care centre staff, in line with provision of high-quality healthcare.

  • Coordinated the activities and logistics in multidrug resistant TB (MDRTB) treatment facility, collaborated with internal medicine physicians, clients, client's relatives and donor organisations, ensuring that client’s needs are appropriately addressed.
  • Developed patient care plan, education and follow-up visits for people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) in antiretroviral (ARV) clinic.
  • Collects, manages and organizes data sets from all units’ database, find patterns and trends in data analysis, convert complex data into understandable insights, share findings with stakeholders through reports, presentations and I also offer improvement suggestions to enable them make data-driven decisions.
